RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility:

  • Products are eligible for return within 20 (Twenty) days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and without any damage.

  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer, or consumable in nature, are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact info@wellnessintegratedsolutions.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within return window.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product.

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  • Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned product.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by the business.

  • Refunds are subject to approval based on the condition of the returned product.

 

Exceptions:

  • Certain products may be exempt from this return policy due to hygiene reasons, customization, or other factors as determined by the business such as bending, scrape, cut, scratching, broken seal, or other.

  • Returns of exempt products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify info@wellnessintegratedsolutions.com within 3 days of receipt.

  • The business will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to the customer.

  • A replacement product or full refund will be issued upon verification of the damage or defect.

 

Right to Modify:

  • The business reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the return policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the business's website.
     

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICY

Processing and Handling Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (processing time) from the date of purchase.

  • Please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

 

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Orders shipped to street addresses within the continental United States typically arrive within 7-10 days from the date of shipment, based on transit by shipment servicer. 

  • Shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require an additional [3-4 days] for delivery beyond the standard shipping timeframe.

 

Pre-Ordered Products:

  • For pre-ordered products, shipment will be announced via email once the items are ready to be mailed out.

  • Customers will be notified of any delays or updates regarding the availability of pre-ordered products.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is currently not offered. 

  • We are actively working on setting up international shipping options and encourage customers to check back for updates on availability.

Shipping Methods:

  • Orders are usually shipped via USPS with notification provided once the order has been dispatched.

  • Expedited service may be available at an additional cost. Please email info@wellnessintegratedsolutions.com PRIOR to placing your order for more information. 

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on total purchase, taking into account weight and destination.

  • The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or delivery issues once the package has been dispatched to the shipping provider.
