Hello, friend, my name is Gigi and I started Wellness Integrated Solutions as a way to share some of the tools and solutions I have found helpful for my self-care, healing, and growth journey. 

After spending a lifetime of illnesses from asthma, spina bifida, cataracts at 29, chest pains, and arrhythmias, to eventually getting a diagnosis of lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud's, Sjogren's, PCOS, Endometriosis, DVTs, Pulmonary Embolism, and more, I started a search for holistic options.  This search led me to years of researching and studying holistic options such as herbalism and other practices. 

I am a Clinical Psychology Graduate Student and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Minors in Religious Studies, a Second degree in Women and Gender Studies, and Certificates in Health Humanities and Study of Spirituality. 

Most importantly, I am the mother of two amazing young women I had the pleasure of homeschooling. My husband retired after serving 20 honorable years in the US NAVY, and was diagnosed as high-functioning autistic about 2 years after retirement. I have and continue to strive to be there for my immediate and extended family as my priority. 

We are a small business looking to help others find ways to help them on their own healing and growth journey. We look forward to growing alongside the community we build with others looking to embark on this self-care journey.
